　　YYL(YYW)係列有機熱載體爐為快裝式強製循環燃油（氣）鍋爐。本係列鍋爐本體受熱麵（miàn）結構緊湊，受熱麵由內、中、外（或內（nèi）、外）密排的圓盤（pán）管構成；內盤管為輻射受熱麵，中、外盤管與內盤管的外表麵構成對流受熱麵。燃料在內盤管組成的燃燒室內燃（rán）燒放熱（rè），經輻射受熱麵吸收大部分熱量後，高溫煙氣進入對流受熱（rè）麵進行換熱，出鍋爐後在空氣預熱器中加熱鍋（guō）爐燃燒所需的空氣，再經除塵器由引（yǐn）風機將煙氣送至煙囪排入大氣

　　安裝方便靈活，隻（zhī）要將鍋爐就位於其基礎上（shàng）即可。

　　受熱麵采用（yòng）密排圓盤管，受熱麵（miàn）布置充（chōng）足，降低管子表麵熱負荷（hé），是（shì）導（dǎo）熱油使用更an全。

　　爐膛（táng）尺寸與燃燒火焰相匹配，采用了正壓燃（rán）燒，輻射換熱效率高。

　　鍋爐結構緊湊，大大節約了鍋爐房的占地麵積。
